MA: 6-Year-Old Accused Of Sexual Misconduct, School Calls Police. Mother Alleges Racism.

[dailywire.com – 2/22/21]

It was November 12, 2019, when Flavia Peréa received a phone call from her 6-year-old son’s school saying a girl in his first-grade class had accused him of touching her inappropriately.

The phone call was from the dean of students, who, according to the Boston Globe, indicated that her son’s alleged behavior was a form of sexual harassment, something the boy wouldn’t even be able to understand at that age. The dean vaguely explained the situation to Peréa before adding as what the Globe characterized as “an afterthought,” that the school had to report the incident.

Peréa still doesn’t know exactly what her son was accused of on that day, or why school officials notified police when Massachusetts law prohibits children under the age of 12 from being charged with a. crime. More insidious, Peréa wonders if race played a role, since her son is Black and Latino while the accuser is white.

This is exactly why the #metoo movement is evil. It created an environment in which an accusation equals guilt. Which is just what the fascists want.

It’s great to read this article from a conservative site and read all the comments about how things are being taken way out of proportion. That’s not usually the case. I guess more people are seeing the over criminalization or children (and hopefully adults too) as a bad thing.

This is what happens when society pushes for laws over a panic; while lawmakers ramming the harshest laws through. Laws enacted to protect children have now ensnared the children these laws were supposed to protect.

As there are TWO DIFFERENT stories as to how this little girl was SUPPOSEDLY touched, how can we even be sure she was touched at all? If she was touched how and why did this little boy even do it? It could have been accidental, in anger, or for any number of countless reasons. We can not simply assume that either one of these children are telling the truth when we are not being told the entire story. I believe that BOTH parents should have been called and notified of the situation before CPS or police were notified, after all, parents are considered legal guardians, how can you be a guardian and instruct your child properly if you are obstructed by the very people that tell you to do a better job?

Mother’s boyfriend pinches mom’s butt playfully in front of her six year old son. Son sees that mom’s reaction is with giggles and smiles. Son who is six thinks it is play time and that girls like being pinched in the butt so he does it to this little girl. Boy can’t understand why it is ok for mom’s boyfriend to do it but not him. Six year old boy ends up on s$x offender registry. Urgh!!??

leave it to child like adults to turn innocent child’s play into something that can and will mark the poor kids forever , CPS the largest offender in history just great ! now both children victims to the system created to protect children , when are people going to see stuff like this and ask them self , that if this can happen so easy and over blown , then wonder about our everyday dirty courts/overzealous prosecutor’s ! stacking charges to get plea out come , and cramming more laws on top of more laws only so it can affect their own kids in the future !

Is “I see London, I see France, I see her underpants” now sexual harassment?

The average age …[a PFR] committed their offense is 14. If people paid attention to this fact, they might be able to see through the b***sh*t propaganda about protecting children. It is the opposite of protecting children, they’re destroying children’s lives.
